Preparing for my departure!
Today I officially completed my long term practicum at Elsie Roy Elementary School. I am still overwhelmed from all the love, appreciation and support I received from school faculty, students, and parents. I miss all the students and my School Advisor and wish I could be apart of the last few weeks of their kindergarten year. Even though I will miss those students dearly I am so incredibly excited to embark on this opportune experience of experiencing being one with nature. I hope to learn from this experience on how to not only interact with nature in a more symbiotic manner but gain the ability to share this knowledge and teach others what I have learned. I also am really looking forward to collaborating with the Ecovillage and contributing to their lesson plans and activities through my skills, talents and classroom experience during my recently completed practicum.
Time to pack and be on my way!
