○ Focused on Social Foundations of Education: cultural studies of education, curriculum theory and curriculum studies, comparative and international education studies, and educational policy and leadership.

- American Association for the Advancement of Curriculum Studies (AAACS)
○ Part worldwide consortium of those with an interest in the field of curriculum studies. Primarily comprised of scholars, students, and other interested parties, the Annual Meeting of the AAACS is currently free of charge and sessions are open to those who wish to attend.

FUNDING OPPORTUNITIES
General Rules of funding:
- You must submit original receipts
- You will be reimbursed (i.e. funding is not provided in advance)
- You need to submit itemized receipts
- You can only be reimbursed for an expense once (i.e. you cannot submit the same receipts for multiple travel awards)
- Full time student

○ Award funding is based on number of submissions and available funding from EDCP (but does not exceed $250 per student)

○ Covers a maximum of $500
