2. Three-Part Syllables(三拼音节)
- We started to learn three-part syllables(三拼音节), the complicated syllables in Pinyin. A three-part syllable has three components: the initial consonant, the medial vowel, and the final vowel. Only i, u, ü can be medial vowels. There are 11 kinds of combination about medial vowel and final vowels: ia, iao, ian, iang, iong, ua, uai, uan, uang, uo, üan（change to uan).
