Our team at the Elite Training Center have a thorough academic and practical background in athletic training and strength and conditioning, and have worked with both high performance athletes and recreational athletes. Our expertise lies in the periodized programming specific to athletic training. We will structure and integrate all training factors to peak for competitions, optimize performance levels throughout your season and promote long term athlete development.

The process begins with detailed health and skill assessments, and a needs analysis of the athlete. From this a periodized training program is developed while taking into account the key principles of athletic training. All training programs are individualized, specific and apply the principle of progressive overload to ensure optimal training adaptions.

We will integrate all athletic training factors, such as resistance training, on field conditioning (agility and speed), tactical training, skill development and competition preparation to design an individualized periodized plan to optimize performance for each athlete in both the short and long-term.
