Self Care looks different to everyone. Here are some ideas on how you can practice self care during this uncertain time.

  • take a walk (practice social distancing)
  • read a book
  • stretch/ do yoga
  • colour/ draw
  • listen to a podcast
  • write a poem
  • journal how you are feeling
  • call a friend
  • write down what you are grateful for
