The proposed solution is workable and researchable, with writer’s personal working experience at the Fraser Health Crisis line, the solution become more credible.

The scope of the article was clearly defined, and the questions outlined in this section are also suitable for the survey that the author intended to conduct.

Qualifications:

It is believed that the author has the qualification to conduct the survey and write the formal report, because of the working experience and the education experience that the author possess.
