• The proposal clearly explains the issue regarding the prevalence of Early childhood caries in Canadian preschool children. 
• Clear definition of the cause and growing concern regarding the effects of Early childhood caries on a child’s dental health.
• Enticing parents to join the “Lift the Lip” fluoride varnish program by providing the program to daycares and preschools is a logical solution to this issue.

Scope & Methods:

• Addressing this issue to Michael McAuley is a well thought out approach to determining the feasibility of the research.
• A suggestion is to include additional inquiries, for example: Why is the program currently designed with limited access to children?
• The three methods outlined are coherent with the scope of your proposal.
