- An introduction of the expectation for commerce students and why an internship or co-op experience is necessary
- An overview of the current low placement rate in the internship course (MGT480) at UTM
- A proposed solution to attract more employers through social media platforms and provide more interview preparation and mentorship support
- Four areas of inquiry in assessing the feasibility of the solution
- Consultation with the course coordinator and former students or current student as my primary and secondary data source
- my qualifications as a former MGT480 student
