I have thoroughly reviewed your first post, Assignment 1.3 -Definitions, which details your definition of the term, “Graphics Tablet.” I have reviewed to confirm it is appropriate for its intended audience, observed the specific terms you used, and provided some ideas for expanding your expanded definition and provided my feedback on its organization, providing a detailed analysis of each criterium below.
Audience:
It is my understanding that you have directed your post towards a specific audience, beginner art/design students. Although your audience is made of beginners, they will have more knowledge of the term than a non-technical reader, the intended audience of your post. My initial impression of the term you chose to define was that you have provided an acceptable level of detail to allow me to understand the term. However, there are a few terms that could be further detailed if your intended audience was indeed from a non-technical background.
Improvement Ideas:
Although your piece is well written, your expanded definition could have included an Analysis of Parts and Visuals that show the intended audience what a graphics tablet and stylus are as well as show an image of the graphics tablet user interface.
Organization:
My initial opinion of your post is that it is well laid out. However, you could remove the line between the section headings and the text body, as that would condense your post greatly.
