Thank you for contacting Starbucks. I just finished reading your email and appreciate you taking the time to share your concerns with us.

Dakota, I am sorry to hear your Double Wall Tumbler is damaged. I am glad to help you with this matter.

We do not have a warranty for our serveware; however, we can exchange a damaged item within 60 days of purchase. Unfortunately, we are unable to replace this tumbler because you received it two years ago.
