JUTLP is a peer-reviewed journal publishing papers that add significantly to the body of knowledge describing effective and innovative teaching and learning practice in the higher education environment. The Journal aims to provide a forum for educational practitioners in a wide range of disciplines to communicate their teaching and learning outcomes in a scholarly way. Its purpose is to bridge the gap between journals covering purely academic research and more pragmatic articles and opinions published elsewhere
Open: Most importantly that is is free 🙂

Hi Raafa,
This is an amazon resource/OER. Reviewing the site, and publications on it you can see clearly that it has a small, but consistent user base. It seems to cater towards post-secondary educators, as its large filter for searches focuses on the Journal of University Teaching & Learning Practise. This forum allows for students in these fields are able to author papers in subject fields of their passion and post to have unbiased, outside sources peer reviews. The key piece is it is free and open to the world net, which allows for incredible accessibility. The idea behind JUTLP is protectable as the world moves toward open-learning concepts, by allowing un-affiliated academics to receive and share feedback. I will return and recommend this resource to other academics who are looking for more support.
