Hey everyone, my name is Lowell. This is my third course in the program, and I am currently plugging away at the graduate certificate and considering laddering into the master’s stream. I work as an adaptive technologist at Centennial College in Toronto, focusing on leveraging technology-based solutions to address accessibility issues. Excited about this course because I think it aligns with some of the unique challenges of my job: forecasting future trends, problem-solving, technology evaluation, and deployment of new technologies. Looking forward to learning alongside you all 🙂

Hi Lowell- nice to virtually meet you. I did the Cert but now have laddered into the MET so that this is my 6th course. I am in Healthcare in Montreal working with the Inuit of Nunavik. I look forward to gaining technology – knowledge based ideas with a possible focus on involving Inuit culture as there is very little.
The exciting aspect of MET is that we are working and gaining knowledge alongside an evolving new paradigm of Artificial Intelligence. The prospects for use are enormous providing that clear objectives and quality match are intwined within the product.
