I would invest in the Lucid ONE robotic arm for several reasons. The lower cost and reduced technical barriers (for example the out-of-box deployment) are exactly what is needed to get a product like this into the classroom. I work for a college with many technical and hands-on programs (automotive technology, engineering technology, applied science, nursing, etc) where capturing class content with video is becoming more and more valuable in the online and asynchronous learning environments. Having an AI powered robotic arm for this type of educational content would be very useful. I also like that it is not marketed for educational purposes, with a wide range of applications.
