Hello everyone, I am Fiona. I am currently a stay-at-home mom. I got a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Calgary many years ago and got a second Bachelor’s degree in Education from University of Ottawa specializing in P/J after having children of my own. After teaching other kids, I learned first and foremost that children are children and my kids are essentially just like the other kids. I have lived in six different countries over the last 16 years and have enjoyed travelling and learning about different cultures. This is my second MET course and I feel quite anxious about this course after reading the course description but am also curious the unique learning experience. I feel I need to be totally engaged to complete this course and am looking forward to learning with all of you.
