This is my final course in the MET program. I am a visual artist and am most drawn to the posts with many visual images. I think they help to add a more personal touch. Much like a video, I can get a better sense of who each person is. Here are some images to help you all get to know me… After 17 years teaching grades 8-12, I have taken a sabbatical year and opened a community pottery studio with a dear friend. I am the one with the orange apron. My seven year old daughter attends classes often. She is sporting a facial tattoo in this photo taken just after Canada Day (it took at least a week to wash that one off!)

Congratulations, Robyn! I, also am graduating this April, I am taking this course plus one other concurrently (530). Two of my colleagues started MET at the same time as me, but as non-parents, they powered through with two courses each term. I was really jealous this past summer. I found that it is impossible for me to take these courses in the fall (due to the intense high school volleyball season I coach), so it’s two this term to finish. I’d paste some images in reply to yours, but I don’t think we can do that in replies. I may go back and add to my post.
