Frogs! Frogs! Frogs!

Frogs! Frogs! Frogs!

I bet you know what the picture above is now! Let’s see if you’re right!

Carefully look at the following pictures taken by other explorers that show different stages of a frog’s life cycle. See if you can identify what stage in the life cycle each picture shows:

  •  EGGS,
  • TADPOLE,
  • FROGLET(tadpole with legs), and
  • ADULT FROG.

If you are unsure of what stage a picture shows and you need to watch the video again, click on the frog. Otherwise, scroll down to see the pictures.

Before we continue our Animal Adventure, we need to record our latest discovery! Choose the way you would like to record the frog life cycle in your Science Journal. You can:

  1. see your Adventure Guide for your pictures of a frog’s life cycle. Cut out the pictures and glue them in the correct order in your Science Journal, OR
  2. draw the frog life cycle in your Science Journal.

Whichever you choose, don’t forget to label each picture and draw arrows showing the direction that a frog goes as it moves through each stage of its life cycle. Get your Science Journal and the other supplies that you’ll need from your pack and get started!

When you are done, click on the frog to continue.
