Hello my name is Brenda Spehar and I am your instructor for the duration of the course.

I bring with me over twenty years of experience in human resources covering training and development, counselling, HRIS administration and reporting, recruitment and compensation/benefits.  I hold a C.H.R.L. designation from the HRPA and I currently work as an HRIS Administrator at a large school board in Ontario.  My goal in this course is to provide you with an overview of the organizational functions that fall under the human resources umbrella.  I look forward to working with you over the next three months.
