Analysis of E-Portfolio Ventures
This analysis was conducted for five of the eportfolio providers outlined in the comparison chart. Two did not provide enough information or product offerings to make the company or product a viable provider for eportfolio service or support. The analyis includes:
- CEO and Management Team
- Venture Concept
- Marketability
- Venture Plan
The analysis includes the underlying venture ‘story’ since the “organization’s knowledge is contained in it’s stories” (D. Pink, p. 107) Stories can be explicit, as shared in media updates and blogs about the company, employees or management, or they can be implicit, as evidenced by the web design, open presence in social media and elements not found. Based on this information, my analysis focused on the best opportunity for growth in the eportfolio market place.
