Personal Training*: Reach your fitness goals faster and safer with one of our CSEP – certified personal trainers or jump start your fitness with TRX or Olympic weight lifting.

  • One-on-one
  • Small Group (minimum 2 people, maximum 5 people)

Personalized aerobic and resistance training programs: Sit down with one of our trainers to build a personalized periodized fitness program to meet all of your fitness goals efficiently and safely

  •   Includes: 1 hour sit down to develop personalized fitness prescription plan, and 1 hour one-on-one training of the plan

Basic Body Composition Assessment**: Gives you a base level to start from so that we can measure your progress from day 1 until you reach your fitness goals

  • Includes: Sum of 5 Skin Folds with caliper testing, waist circumference, and BMI

Total Fitness Assessment: Includes the above basic body composition assessment as well as cardiovascular analysis using either the step test or YMCA test. Gives you a more detailed start point to track progress more accurately.

  • Includes: Sum of 5 Skin Folds with caliper testing, waist circumference, BMI, and the  YMCA or step test

Back Health Assessment: Be able to maintain a strong, healthy and pain free lower back after one of our certified personal trainers assesses your back health.

  • Includes: sit and reach test, leg extensions, and muscular and abdominal endurance tests

Nutritional Consultation: Have our certified nutritionist develop a personalized diet plan based on your lifestyle and individual needs, to help you achieve all of your goals.

 

* It is strongly recommended that you undergo one of our assessments prior to beginning training as it is extremely important to have measurable change and to achieve optimum results over your fitness evolution.
