Now that FNH 381 is over, I have the opportunity to self-assess my learning in the course. FNH 381 was a short yet professionally informative course. It shed light on nutrition education for kids, counselling adults, consumer writing, and clinical practice in dietetics. I look forward to improving what I have already learned and explore new ideas and practices in dietetics profession.
