Compared with United Nations, social enterprise provides  someone in need with more opportunities. By offering business opportunities in poor areas, it require people there obtain the basic ability to conduct the manufacture or other procedures. Although funding will give the most direct and fast aid, indirect methods like opportunities ensure the sustainability.

Throughout the activities conducted by Arc, the organization also aims to help the area or entrepreneur by teaching the business skills to help them survive in the competitive environment.

United Nations needs to solve problems in many aspects. Its missions include intervening the conflicts between countries, promoting the global economy and other problems arising from different areas. Social enterprise can be regarded as the role which take on part of the responsibilities of United Nations. Moreover, social enterprise has a better understanding of the specific features of the area so that it can provide aid with the most suitable plan.
