I agree with Louise’s idea. Although Lululemon gains popularity among young generation, the market witnesses the loss of its loyal customers because of the company’s arrogant attitudes towards quality issue. Lululemon might not disappear in 2015, however, if it insists on the negative manner, it will be replaced in the market someday.
Lululemon’s product is known as high-end yoga clothes. Also, the company encourages female participation in sports as a healthy life style. For a lot of loyal customers, Lululemon leads the trend and inspires their passion. However, there are many disappointing facts which destroy the loyalty. As a company which holds a huge market share, it is wise and necessary for Lululemon to give customer’s satisfaction the top priority so that they can maintain the current success and make a further improvement. Customer’s feedback is such a essential and significant approach that company can gather the information from and fix the specific problem accordingly. It is the key factor for a company’s sustainable development.
According to Louise, Lululemon’s negative attitude will cause the failure of value propositions. Also, in my opinion, it will ruin the customer relationship which will cost years to repair. Customers will lose faith to the company ignoring their feelings.
