I strongly agree with zheqi chen’s idea that employers should pay more attention to the social responsibilities while maximizing the profit to achieve a sustainable development. In some developing areas, the law to guarantee the equal rights of the workers is not completed. Even the workers themselves are lack of the knowledge of law so that they have no idea whether they are treated equally.

In my opinion, to the enterprises in the developing area,although the labour price there is low,they still need to complete the welfare and insurance  system for the workers which in fact encourages workers to work better. Also, the abuse and exploit of labour must be prohibited.

Moreover,some corporations might conduct the business which will pollute the environment in the poor area to avoid the penalty. I think it violates the business ethic badly. Business like this takes up other’s resources while leaving permanent pollution to pursue the profit without supervision. I appeal some international organizations can intervene these affairs to stop the unethical business and help the local people to protect their own rights.

In modern society, I think it is necessary to set more supervisions about the business ethics.
