  • Q: What are some limitations of the app?
    • A: Audio quality will still be constrained by hardware quality (e.g. microphone quality) and recording environment (e.g. background noise) but will still record the best possible audio even in less-than-ideal circumstances! Additionally, the consultant will have to engage with very basic window/tab management (e.g. switching between windows on their computer)
  • Q: Can I record multiple people at the same time during a single zoom call?
    • A: Yes! You just need to make sure they have their own FieldworkDRAWL Generated URL. The Zoom link you paste into the Generate URL form will be the same and so will your username, but the consultant name will differ for each person you want to record.
  • Q: Can others see and download my files?
    • A: No. The files are only accessible to the the account associated with the exact username input in the “Elicitor username” field in the Generate URL form. It is important to use the exact username associated to your account and email address as your recordings will otherwise not be accessible.
