Starting a Fieldwork DRAWL Recording Session

1.  Start the Zoom call as normal for you. Do not use the Fieldwork DRAWL link.
2.  Your consultant will click on the link which they received from you which was generated by Fieldwork DRAWL
   1.  Do not invite through the Participants button “Invite…” feature, and ensure the consultant is clicking on the Fieldwork DRAWL link they received
   2.  Fieldwork DRAWL links will always begin with https://fieldworkdrawl.linguistics.ubc.ca/ – if it begins with https://ubc.zoom.us/ (or anything else), they will not be directed to the necessary recording screen
3.  Your Zoom meeting experience will be as usual, you can record a Zoom recording for reference if you wish, but the Zoom-created recording is not your Fieldwork DRAWL recording
4.  Refer to the videos and documentation of the workflow for your consultant to help them with initiating the meeting and recording and to help with troubleshooting
