A social enterprise is an organization that applies commercial strategies to maximize improvements in human and environmental well-being, rather than maximizing profits for external shareholders. The Arc is a program which provides the business tools to advance African entrepreneurial business ventures. For the entire society, the fund from UN can only start up fund, and the Arc or social enterprise are the sustainable factors of the development of the sustainable society.

According to the article, the social entrepreneurs are ambitious, Mission driven, Strategic, Resourceful and Results oriented, therefore the social entrepreneurs will create the innovative systems in order to rise the social value and also the purpose of establish social enterprise is solving the social issues in order to prevent the conflicts between people. Similarly to the Arc, it provides the business tools to help some African countries, the purpose of doing that is to advance the society value, and change the society into more advanced path in order to create a brighter future. However, if a society is never advanced or maintained, it will be eliminated from the modern world, like the natural selection,so the social enterprise will be the one that will never be ignored when a country wants to be more advanced.

When we talk about the electrical car will will think of Tesla, Tesla has the advanced techniques of producing electrical car. However, I am going to compare those in term of which one should you buy in worth-wide. First,  according to the article, we can talk about the fuel cost, the cost of gasoline cars will be way higher than the electrical cars, even the electrical cost is really high in some particular countries. Second, comparison of the pollution that makes by gasoline car and electrical car, the gasoline car will produce tons of carbon dioxide which is the green house gas, it will cause the Green House Effect and destroy the environment, but for the electrical car, it will not, therefore electrical car will be more attainable for the sustainable development of the world. lastly, we can compare the convenience of getting the resource, for now, the electrical car is not that popular, so the charging station would be insufficient. On the other hand, the gasoline cars, there will be in a more convenient way of getting resource than electrical car.

In Adrian Zhao’s blog, he has mentioned that the electric car has a competitive advantage in this competition. For this point, for now, everyone appeals to save the environment, and implement all kinds of green plan. so I think that will be the advantage that electrical cars have.

” First Nation chiefs to stage site C showdown” The article is about Site C project conflicts aboriginal people, Site C project has occupied the space of the aboriginal people’s habitat, which means the project has already infringed on people’s rights.

Based on the environment and the human rights, chiefs complain that flooding valley will impair their rights to fishing, hunting and using are for the ceremonial purpose. In Kuangjie Ren’s blog There are one agreement and one disagreement from my perspective. First, for the agreement, as he mentioned the Site C project will cause the negative effect on the aboriginal people and the environment, such as invading people’s rights, lands, fishing area and also causing the flooding villages. Second, for the disagreement, because of the Site C project has been restricted by both laws and environmental factors, if it violates any of both, the place changing will not be efficient, so I think the better way to solve that is to shrink the area of the total usage od environment, and also sign the agreement with the aboriginal people in order to create a peaceful environment for completing this project

As the technologies become more and more advanced, there will be more and more advanced products, such as iPhone, Tablets, so obviously people will pay more attention to those things, because people would always love innovations and having luxury life which means what people want to purchase for those purposes, therefore those companies can pay more on taxes for the state or country,but the point that I want to share is not only these companies contribute to the country, but there are also some other companies contribute, too. For instance, according to the article,Woonsocket-based CVS Health Corporation in Rhode Island  leads the pack with a market cap of $101.6 billion and also Albuquerque-based PNM Resources, Inc.  in New Mexico leads the pack with a market cap of $2.3 billion. From my opinion, i would like to say that sometimes people will focus on something and forget about the other things which are also important in that case. On the other hand, sometimes that particular thing will be the key part or parts of the whole webwork which means if that part is failed, you will lose other parts as well, such as Robot, if the core part of the robot is not working, then that robot will be useless, so I think people should broaden their view in order to prevent the turnovers on the business.

Many people told me that, if you want to get a job, Google will be the best, also Google is ranked number one on “Fortune” as the best company in 2014. What truly makes Google a great place to work? The answer will be the “people”, everyone works as one union, has known each other well, inspires each other, and work for the company together. Behind those facts, lets talk about the organizational culture of Google, Google gives its employees a great working environment, high convenience, high quality of working experience in order to rise the productivity and working efficiency and also bring up more productive  customer services. For my opinion, the organizational culture is a very important factor to build a successful company, because if the company wants to be successful, the employees are the foundation, the company need to treat them well, therefore they will try their best to help the company, such as maximize the profit for company and solving everything with high efficiency, for instance, the employees are like  an engine of a car, how strong or powerful it can be released will decide how well the future of the company.

The Site C Clean Energy Project (Site C) is a proposed third dam and hydroelectric generating station on the Peace River in northeast B.C. Site C would provide 1,100 megawatts of capacity, and produce about 5,100 gigawatt hours of electricity each year — enough energy to power the equivalent of about 450,000 homes per year in B.C. and this plan is having some problem with the first nation people, the problem is that the project will effect on the environment that the first nation peopIt’s our church, it’s our store, it’s our school. We have elders’ gatherings there annually,”le are living on right now, such as fishing, hunting and gathering, therefore the chief stages Site C to be shut down, they said they ““It’s our church, it’s our store, it’s our school. We have elders’ gatherings there annually,”  but for those politics, they are thinking about the sustainable development of the country, for this reason, they will have to create more energy, so the conflict between the first nation people and the government is really awkward, because the first nation people are trying to save the environment, in order to save their homeland, but for the government, they have think about all the citizens, and also the development of the country.

The Rovio Entertainment is the company of gaming research and development, they launched “Angry Bird” in to the portable gaming market in 2009, and the result of this action is relatively successful, it will be called the one of the most successful portable games, they tried to use their innovation to lead the market and develop a undefeatable market to compete with other same kind of companies. Although they have aspiration, but the annual income still reduced to half of the amount of last year (46 millions), even they keep innovating the new products, such as dolls, TV shows and clothes. so the problem that they are going to face right now is to cut down the number of employees, the number that they will take is approximately 16% of the total employees that will cause the economy in that certain area or country as well.

From my opinion, the innovation in those kinds of market is the most important factor that can make you stand still, if you have no creative ideas, your customer will leave you away and go to find their other funny games.

Food is a essential thing for you body stays alive and functioning, if you had the good food, you will become healthier, if you had the bad food which is dirty, not clean, poison, etc, you will get sick, or even die. In Taiwan, people are talking about a news about the products of many food companies are mixed with some kind of swill-cooked dirty oil, this type of oil will cause human bodies get fever,Fever, Gastroenteritis, Kidney injury and Cardiovascular Disease, if the children and seniors intake too much, they will have a risk of getting Sepsis. On the other hand, this problem does not only effect on human body, it also effects on the economy of Taiwan, those food companies most of them are the majority of food production in Taiwan, so once the problem comes out, they will lose their faithfulness from customers.

From my opinion, the government should clear out  all the swill-cooked dirty oil form the products, and make sure that this will not happen again, but in this way, people might not seen too comfortable with that, because they don’t know should they trust them or not, so maybe government can make some relative laws or rules to control those types of things and make it more actual.

For the new product of Apple, IPhone 6 is now came up. First, the designer made it a bigger size, improved the resolution of both camera and screen, and advanced application system. By those advantages, they can be more competitive in the market to compete with Samsung, HTC or LG, but not only competing in the market, they also want to be trusted by the customers all around the world, so they promote the conveniences (ex. Easy to use) as much as possible to catch the desires of customer. Second, all of those Apple products have their own independent software to operate the products, for intense, they use iOS software compares to Samsung and HTC, both of them use the Android software. You may see this little different won’t be able to effect their opportunities in the market, but actually for customers it’s very effective, because some of the applications will be in iOS, but it won’t be in Android.

From my perspective, Apple uses those advantages to fight for the opportunities in the market is very brilliant, they use their uniqueness and the advanced technologies to let people have a future experience, in order to catch customer’s hearts.
