• The conference is in-person only.
• We have reserved and paid for 20 double dorm rooms, and 50 single dorm rooms on UBCO campus.  We prioritise these rooms for student and indigenous attendees travelling from other locations.
• We have travel bursaries available for approximately 30 student and/or indigenous presenters travelling from other locations.
