• Due to high number of responses on our online registration form, and in order to keep catering and other services available to all participants, registration is now closed, as of July 15th, noon.   If you registered prior to this time, your place is secured.

Registration:

• Registration is free.
• The conference is in-person only.

Accommodation and Travel:

• See accommodations for information for those staying in a complimentary dormitory room.
• We have travel bursaries available for approximately 30 student and/or indigenous presenters traveling from other locations, and will disburse these during the conference.

Food:

• We will have breakfasts (except for the 24th), lunches, and coffee breaks catered during the conference, though dinners are on your own (except for Thursday evening).
• On Thursday evening July 25, En’owkin Centre will be hosting a Welcome Feast for conference attendees in Penticton BC.    We have arranged for a Charter Bus to transport a limited number of conference attendees to and from the event.

Parking:

• Parking in F lot is complimentary for those staying in the dormitory, but you MUST register your vehicle license plate upon arrival.
• For others attending, but not staying in the dormitories, you must pay for daily parking using Honk Mobile App, or at a pay station in F Lot, or one of the other parking lots (see Campus Map).
