I’m studying in Business Administration at Dongguk Universtiy in Korea. I’d been working sales industries in different countries.
From march to Jun 2012, I have worked KOREAN CHACOAL BBQ RESTAURANT at Brisbane in Australia as a Manager and Waitress, dealt consumer’s concerns and complaints in a daily basis. Also I have worked at VALLEYGIRL (APPAREL STORE)at Auckland in New Zealand for 7month. And on March, 2011, I was a intern at CAUSESQUARE (SOCIAL NETWORK VENTURE COMPANY) in a panning and marketing department in Seoul, Korea for a month.
Through those of experiences I have developed english skills by dealing foreigner customers and learnt how to make customers happy. Also those are good reason that I became more confident at dealinig foreigner customers. So, my strengths are 1. Advanced english skills 2. Good attitude at sales to foregin customer or at complaints
