Barney Stinson in How I Met Your Mother is the most influential person in my life. Obviously, it is not his ability to seduce girls, get them to have coitus with him and then disappear like a ninja, that makes me admire him so much. What I learn the most from Barney Stinson is his projection of confidence. Although some people will say that is narcissism, they must say admit that whether such a quality should be called confidence or narcissism, it does work to your advantage most of the times, especially during work and, of course, dating.
One way of remaining and projecting confidence, that I learned from Barney, is to always believe in yourself and think big. It is only impossible when you say it is impossible. In How I Met Your Mother, Barney recorded a video resume and sent it to many firms. It is that video resume that got him that awesome job(if you have watched the show, you will know how awesome his job is). If he never believed in himself and his idea of video resume, he never would have got such a high salary job. It is that undeniable faith in himself that drives Barney to take bold actions and create crap loads of awesomeness in his life.
