During the winter term of 2021, the students of ITAL 302-102 participated in an ExCEL project based on Italian food culture. This project was done in partnership with the Italian Chamber of Commerce in West Canada. The students worked in groups and interviewed 4 restaurants: Bibo, Casereccio, D’Oro Gelato e Caffè, and Sciuè. An article and a poster was created for each restaurant.
