Create and Sustain Collaboration

I coordinate a team of 12 ISW facilitators from multiple disciplines across campus. I am the facilitator of three (growing to four) Community of Practice (CoP). Through my CoP coordinator role, I strive to create networks of faculty members with similar interests.
