Maximize Group Dynamics

As a workshop facilitator whose main goal is to create a safe and trusting environment for faculty members to share their success and challenging stories with one another, I am sensitive to participants of all learning and thinking styles. I create opportunities for all faculty members to benefit from the diversity of the group.
