As requested in assignment outline 2:1, I have completed a research proposal for a formal report, Determining the Feasibility of Renovating the Rooftop patio at Pendrell Mews apartment. In the proposal, I have included the following items below.
- Target audience: residents and council at Pendrell Mews apartment
- An introduction to the current status of the rooftop patio at Pendrell Mews and its raised concern to accommodate the growing number of its users.
- Description of the potential risk of the outdated structure of the rooftop patio such as human accidents and degradation of the condo.

- My qualifications toward the proposal
This research will involve surveying residents in Pendrell Mews to identify the advantages and disadvantages of renovating the rooftop patio at the apartment.
