Foods 8 followed a demonstration and lab format. However, each lesson included supplemental information that helped engage students to the topic of the lesson. Below is an example of a powerpoint that I created to supplement the lesson on making a breakfast sandwich. In the powerpoint, I showed students pictures of different breakfasts eaten around the world and asked them to guess which country each one was from.
