About

Welcome! I am an ecologist with academic roots in Halifax at Dalhousie University and in Kelowna at UBC (Okanagan campus). Presently, I am a four-year doctoral fellow  at UBC (Vancouver) in the lab of Dr Eric Taylor. My research primarily focusses on patterns of adaptive diversity in fish. To better predict species responses to Climate Change, my doctoral dissertation will investigate population differences in thermal sensitivity and underlying physiological and genetic mechanisms in North temperate freshwater fish.
