This section will explore different stakeholders through which Lebanese development has and continues to be carried forward. My research on Lebanese development resulted in a plethora of World Bank Group reports from which most of the information is drawn from. Knowing as we do about Global South operations’ alternative perspective, I have considered the information provided by the World Bank Group with a critical lens. This lens looks at various research published and where it fits within the capacity and goals of the International Organization.
