General Information:
With only a couple months left before the end of the school year, the LFSUS is looking for an executive team for the 2014/2015 academic year! The Executive team is responsible for overseeing all of LFSUS activities and put the LFS undergraduate’s voices out into the community. There are 8 positions in the executive team that you are available to run for:
- President, Secretary
- VP External
- VP internal
- VP Academic (Senator)
- Social Coordinator
- Treasurer
- AMS Representative
There is a mandatory All-Candidates Meeting on March 6th at 1:00PM-2:00PM in Mcml64 (In the Agora Space of the Macmillan Building). Nomination forms, found here, are to be submitted during the All-Candidates Meeting. If you are unable to attend the meeting, please provide a reason and submit an online copy of the nomination form to lfsus.president@landfood.ubc.ca. Nomination Period:
Nomination forms will be provided on February 25th and must be submitted by the March 5th. You can also find the nomination form online at https://www.facebook.com/events/549977488448637/.
Campaign Period:
After that time, campaigning will begin for the first two weeks of March (5th to 14th)
Voting Period:
The voting period will be from March 10th to 14th. The LFSUS will be using the AMS Simply Voting System to conduct the voting period online.
