Job Description of Finance/Website Coordinator:
- Receive and record all volunteer and organization expenses
- Prepare tri-annual invoices for community sponsors (December, April and June)
- Maintain contact of financial purposes with sponsors
- Write and mail all reimbursement cheques
- Maintain an updated Facebook page with current events, Nutrikids news, and fun facts
- Update blog with important volunteer, teacher and sponsorship updates
- Maintain all streams of technology for Nutrikids
- Assist in other duties in collaboration with the other coordinators
