The next LFS Research Café will be held on Thursday, February 4! Join Associate Professor Vivien Measday and Jay Martiniuk, Graduate Student, Food Science, for a presentation on “Where the Wild (and-not-so-wild) Things Are: Yeast and wine terroir”.
