The LFS Community Dinner has been a UBC tradition for over 10 years. This annual event is a collaboration between fourth-year dietetics students and the Land and Food Systems Undergraduate Society (LFS|US). On November 25th, we invite you to join us as we explore the complex stories told through food. This year’s dinner title is Once Upon a Meal.
This year’s menu will illustrate personal experiences as they relate to food, and hopes to evoke comfort and connection as you share a meal with those around you. As we create a shared experience through this meal, we hope to illustrate the power of food as more than the sum of its parts.
Tickets will include one four-course meal and one local drink option (alcoholic or non-alcoholic). Additional drinks will be available for purchase on the night of the event.
Doors will open at 5:30pm and the first course will be served at 6:30pm.
