Organizations I’m Passionate About

One of the best parts about Vancouver is the wealth of opportunities to get involved! My interest in geography and plants has brought me to two different organizations. Read more on them below!

The Geography Students Association

In this club, students can go from a lunch time ‘Geotalk’ with professors and other students, to a Grad School Info night to answer your burning questions, to a Bevy Garden in the evening to kick back with friends. It’s a perfect blend of the academic, professional and social aspects of university life.

The Botany Enthusiast Club

Growing up in Bermuda, it was easy to see the beauty of nature. Living in “Beautiful British Columbia” now means we at the Botany Enthusiast Club have a lot of resources at our fingertips! We aim to connect students with nature through events such as our Terrarium Night and Hydroponics Workshop. Feel free to join us at our events in the new year!
