Yoga

I had an extremely stressful week and a half due to a personal loss.  My symptoms included cramps, headaches, muscle tension, loss of appetite, and insomnia.  I find yoga to be very helpful for stress relief, which I just started a few weeks ago,  but I have been missing classes because of scheduling conflicts.  Also haven’t been going to the gym for the last two weeks.

When I did go to my yoga class, I was surprised at how much my flexibility has worsened over the years.  Hoping to improve my flexibility and to stretch out my tight muscles by doing yoga three times a week.
