In the spring of 2009, the Department of Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) successfully applied for Healthy Workplace Initiative Program funding.

Part of their funding application was a commitment to blog about HSE staff members’ successes and struggles in meeting their health and wellness goals by December 2009.

Mission Fit Possible is the result of that commitment.
