Blog is TOO new to me, as one of the victims of technology evolution I have absolutely no idea of how to prettify this thing – neither a big fan of writing (nor reading). But I will just try my best keeping this blog most updated with some interesting advertisements as they were huge motivator for me to get interested in marketing!

advertisements for beer are extremely competitive in many ways. There are tons of them which are funny and catchy but according to my personal criteria for a GOOD advertisement, most of them includes half-naked woman, luxurious views, and sometimes even unethical and offensive to some of the audience. However the following video, a Thai beer commercial that I watched online about three to four years ago personally has been THE BEST advertisement perfectly fitting into what I concern as a GAN (Good Advertisements’ Needs).  Anyways, I think it is superb for three main reasons.

• This advertisement is targeting broad audience by providing English subtitles so travelers or visitors to Thailand (statistically about 14 million every year) could also actually get the information.
• This advertisement clearly is budget-friendly as there are no famous celebrities involved nor particularly expensive tools/ materials/ computer graphics used.
• This advertisement is ethical although the advertising product (beer) may be not – there is absolutely no sensational visuals such as sexual appearance, offensive scenes and etc.
