GJK

About the George Joseph Keyoh:

The GJK is located northwest of Fort St. James, which was known as a fur trading centre in British Columbia soon after the European fur trade was introduced in 1805. It is approximately 27,000 ha in size and within the Fort St. James Forest District. Fort St. James is located on the plateau between the Rocky Mountains in the east and the Coastal Mountains on the west. It is located 152 km northwest of Prince George, B.C.

Most areas of the Keyoh are used at some time of the year, or to find a certain resource, but certain areas have particular significance to the George Joseph Familly.
