Blog Post 3

The team is taking a pro-active approach in trying to come up with ideas for the project. Although we have not yet been able to meet with our client, the team members have already started preparing for the eventual meeting by thinking of questions for the project.

We are planning to meet with our mentor Hamid after the reading break and also meet with the client to discuss the project and get discuss the progress so far. We plan to put in a significant amount of time for the project as we realize that we are behind most groups. We plan to brainstorm, discuss and choose what we think is the best option to go forward with the project and start as soon as we have more information on the project.

  1. Hey All

Thank you for your post. Just as a friendly reminder, reading week is going to be finished and we just have two of you who filled the doodle.

Please let know when is fine for you to have a meeting together.

    Thanks
    Hamid

  2. Hi Team,

Glad to hear you are preparing space in your calendars so that you can devote time to this project once you are up and running. As I’m sure you are finding, working on projects is a big time-management problem! Projects are sometimes like this.

In addition to meeting with Hamid (thanks Hamid!), can you make sure that your documentation system for the project is ready so that you can complete this assignment without a snag? Also, is there anything you can do now to get ready for completing the poster?

Let’s touch-base on this on Monday during our design studio session.

    Regards,
    SN

  3. Dear All

Some of our members still did not attend in the doodle. According to your votes and my timetable, I believe Monday at 6 p.m. will be the best time even for those who did not attend in doodle.
Hopefully, we will have most of group members in our meeting.

I would be so thankful if you could ask those who forgot our meeting.

Looking forward to see you at the Irving Barber Library, Main mall door, UBC.
So we can go in together and find a suitable place to sit together for an hour.

    Regards
    (Thank you Susan)
    Hamid
