Making that Connection- Final Paper

As a teacher, I aim to be one of those exceptional teachers, who have great bonding in classroom with all of my students and continue to build long-term relationships with them. My classroom door will always be open to all of students to come for assistance in their personal and professional development. The daily interactions in the classroom will also give me the chance to positively motivate and support my students. By conducting this research, I explored diverse ways in which we as teachers can enhance our relationships with our students.

Also, I generated an inquiry into how communication and social emotional learning can benefit the building of long-term relationships. The research also explored altered ways in which teachers can use classroom connections to positively affect school bonding and strategies to bond with students. The answers to these questions are also significant to other teachers as I researched effective ways in which we as teachers can increase quality of our relationships with students. Correspondingly, I will looked into different positive outcomes and the limitations of teacher-student relationships in my research.
