Title: Energy Conservation in Newton’s Cradle

Summary: Using Prezzi, I explored one of my favourite childhood toys – Newton’s cradle. This is a great example of energy conservation and an easy way of introducing the topic. This LO primarily focuses on the idea that energy in a system cannot be lost and explores the way potential energy becomes kinetic energy in a system.
