Double-Slite Interference

Title: Double-Slite Interference

Category: Double slit experiment

Summary: When two light waves with identical wavelength and phase travel with different distances to reach the same point, their interference is either constructive if the path length is an integer wavelength or destructive if the path length is a half integer wavelength. Spectral order is given by “m” and when evaluating the value of m, one must truncate the value to get the number of spectral orders visible.
